Helix Tower

A 42-storey mixed-use tower with a spiralling sky-garden facade.

For a high-profile competition entry, Helix Tower needed to feel both inevitable and aspirational. We modelled the parametric facade and populated each sky-garden with bespoke planting and human-scale life.

The package included a hero aerial, a street-level eye-line composition and a sequence of context shots showing the tower across day, dusk and night — delivered in eleven days to meet the submission deadline.
